低碳烷烃脱氢制低碳烯烃研究进展

摘要:综述了近年来国内外关于低碳烷烃脱氢制烯烃的相关研究, 包括无氧脱氢反应催化剂及其技术、有氧催化剂及其技术;提出了采用化学链技术对低碳烷烃进行脱氢制烯烃的方法, 在化学链技术中载氧体作为温和的氧化剂氧化低碳烷烃脱氢制烯烃, 可提高低碳烷烃的转化率;指出低碳烷烃脱氢制烯烃的研究重点包括2部分, 即载氧体应围绕多组分活性载氧体、耦合催化-氧化复合型载氧体和弱氧化性载氧体等3方面进行研究;关于载氧体和低碳烷烃反应慢的问题, 应着重优化反应器的设计思路。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the progress of dehydrogenation of light alkanes to light olefins, which includs the catalysts and technologies of anaerobic and aerobic dehydrogenation. The chemical looping technology, a method of dehydrogenate of light alkanes to light olefins is proposed. In the chemical looping technology, the oxygen carriers as mild oxidants were applied to the oxidative dehydrogenation of light carbon alkanes to light olefins, which could increase the light alkanes conversion rate of reaction. It is pointed out that the researches on the dehydrogenation of light alkanes to olefins mainly include two sections: The oxygen carrier should be focused on the followingthree aspects: multiple active oxygen carrier, coupled catalytic oxygen carrier oxygen carrier and weak oxidizing oxygen carrier;For the bottleneck of slow reaction between oxygen carrier and light alkane, the design idea of the reactor should be optimized.
