摘要:为了探究内置锥形过滤筒的清灰性能,在自建的脉冲清灰实验台上,利用压力测试系统,测试Φ380 mm×990 mm内置锥形过滤筒在不同的喷吹孔径、喷吹距离、喷吹压力下滤筒的内侧壁压力。结果表明:内置锥形过滤筒脉冲清灰效果优化为喷吹压力为0. 5 MPa,喷吹距离为200 mm,喷吹孔径为35 mm;优化条件下,沿滤筒内壁距离滤筒口150、500、850 mm处,侧壁压力峰值分别为2 399.6、1 798. 8、1 224.3Pa;沿滤筒内锥距离顶部150、350、575 mm处,侧壁压力峰值分别为1030.4、2156.5、1104.4 Pa。

Abstract: In order to investigate the cleaning performance of built-in cone filter cartridge,on the self-built pulse-jet experimental tablet,he peak pressure value of Φ380 mm × 990 mm built-in cone pleated cartridge filter by pressure test system was measured at the condition of different injection hole diameters,injection distances and injection pressures.The results show that it is possible to realize the optimum design in a built-in cone filter cartridge when the pulse pressure is 0. 5 MPa,the injection distance is 200 mm,and the injection aperture is 35 mm.At this condition,the peak pressure along the length of inner wall of filter cartridge 150,500,850 mm,are 2 399. 6,1 798. 8、1 224. 3 Pa,respectively. Along the length of filter cone 150,350,575 mm,the peak pressure are 1 030.4,2 156.5,1 104.4 Pa.
