振动混料搅拌介质对微粉混合均匀度的影响

摘要:为提高多组分微粉混合均匀度,提出一种在混料容腔中加入固体介质的振动搅拌混合方法;建立以玛瑙球为搅拌介质的混料振动仿真模型,采用EDEM对粒径为50~150μm的矿料及粉状催化剂混合进行模拟,分析搅拌介质的数量和混料面的倾斜角度对混合均匀度的影响规律;采用自制的实验台进行振动混料实验。结果表明:在振动混料条件下,加入搅拌介质和合适物料翻面倾角可显著提高微粉混料的均匀度和混合效率;当坩埚中加入1个玛瑙球、混料盘翻面倾角为20~30°、混料时间约为2. 5 min时,混合均匀度可满足实验需要,混料效果好、效率高;仿真模型是准确性的,可为大批量混料生产作业提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: A mixed stirring method with solid medium in a sealed chamber was proposed to improve the mixing uniformity of multi-component micropowder.The vibration mixing method was adopted with agate ballas the mixing medium.EDEM was used to simulate the mixing uniformity of the mineral and powdered catalyst with particle size of 50 μm to 150μm.The influence of the number of stirring medium and the inclination angle of mixing tray on the mixing uniformity was analyzed.A vibration test bench was developed and the vibration mixing test was carried out.The results show that proper vibration stirring and proper vibration inclination angle can significantly improve the uniformity and efficiency of micro-powder mixing.When an agate ball is added into the crucible,the turning angle of the mixing tray is 20~30 degrees,and the mixing time is about 2.5 minutes.The mixing uniformity can meet the test requirements,the mixing effect is good,and the mixing efficiency is high.The experiment verifies the correctness of the simulation model,and provided theoretical support for mass mixing production operation.
