稀相气力输送水平弯管与文丘里管气固流动特性

摘要:通过压差测量、电容层析成像(ECT)等手段,考察水平弯管和文丘里管的压差特性、流型特性和压差信号波动特性;根据文丘里压差有效信号,构造具有统计学意义的粉体流量稳定性评价指标。结果表明:文丘里管道压差信号更适于评价粉体流量的稳定性;粉体流量稳定性评价指标可以有效地评价不同操作条件下的粉体流量稳定性。

Abstract: Using pressure drop measurement and electrical capacitance tomography ( ECT) methods,the flow pattern,pressure drop and pressure fluctuation characteristics of syphon and Venturi pipes were investigated.By effective pressure drop signal of Venturi pipe,statistical evaluation index was constructed to evaluate the powder flow stability.The results show that,pressure drop signals of Venturi is appropriate to evaluate the powder flow stability in different operation conditions.
