TiO2-煤系高岭土纳米复合物的制备及其吸附性能

摘要:为改性煤系高岭土,以原矿煤系高岭土和硫酸钛为原料,采用水热法合成TiO2-煤系高岭土纳米复合物,并研究其对有机染料的吸附性能。结果表明,当染料质量浓度为100 mg/L、吸附液体积为20 mL、吸附剂用量为50 mg、吸附时间为60 min、溶液pH=12时,TiO2-煤系高岭土纳米复合物对阳离子型染料次甲基蓝的吸附率达到95.5%,对阴离子型染料刚果红在中性条件下的吸附率达到98.0%,分别比原矿提高30%和24%;复合物对2种染料的吸附均符合准二级吸附动力学模型,同时也符合Langmuir吸附等温式,属于单分子层吸附。

Abstract: TiO2-coal-bearing kaolinite nanocomposites were synthesized by a hydrothermal method using coal-bearing kaolinite ( CBK) and titanium sulfate as raw materials,and their adsorption abilities for organic dyes were investigated.The results show that the adsorption rate of methylene blue ( MB) and Congo red ( CR) reached 95.5% and 98.0% at C0= 100 mg /L,V= 20 mL,m = 50 mg,and contact time = 60 min,when the solution pH values are 12 and 7,respectively.After modification with TiO2,the adsorption rate of MB and CR increased by 30% and 24% with respect to original CBK.The dye-adsorption kinetics fit well the pseudo-second order rate equation,while the adsorption isotherm data can best be described by Langmuir adsorption model.
