摘要:采用传统水热合成法,以乌海地区煤矸石为原料合成LSX型沸石;通过对模拟含氨氮废水的吸附实验确定合成LSX型沸石的最佳条件。实验结果表明,煤矸石合成LSX型沸石的最佳条件为:硅铝物质的量的比值为1,陈化时间为30 h,陈化温度为60 ℃,晶化时间为4 h,晶化温度为100 ℃;最佳条件下合成的LSX型沸石对模拟含氨氮废水的去除率达到54. 19%,其X射线衍射图谱、扫描电镜图像及BET电位结果表明:LSX型沸石的形貌规则,比表面积达400. 978 m2/g,孔径为3. 828 nm。

Abstract: Zeolite of LSX was synthesized by traditional hydrothermal synthesis from coal gangue in Wuhai area as raw material.The optimum conditions for synthesis of zeolite of LSX were determined by adsorption experiments of simulated ammonia-containing wastewater.The experiment results show that the best conditions for coal gangue to synthesize LSX zeolite are as follows: ratio of silica-alumina is 1,aging time is 30 h,aging temperature is 60 ℃,crystallization time is 4 h and crystallization temperature is 100 ℃ .Under these conditions,the removal rate of simulated ammonia nitrogen wastewater by synthetic zeolite reaches 54. 19 %.The results of XRD、SEM and BET show that morphology of synthetic zeolite is regular,its specific surface area is 400.978 m2 /g and its aperture is 3.828 nm.
