摘要:采用热重质谱联用加等效特征图谱法,探究CaS的氧化反应机理及CaS与CaSO4之间的固固反应机理,通过对比反应中各逸出气体摩尔流量之间的关系,将主要反应的温度区间进行了明确界定。结果表明:CaS与O2生成CaSO4的反应在617℃开始发生,CaS与O2生成CaO和SO2的反应在997℃开始发生,CaS与CaSO4会发生固固反应生成CaO和SO2,开始发生的温度为825℃。

Abstract: Thermogravimetry-mass spectrometry with equivalent characteristic spectrum analysis ( TG-MS&ECSA) was used to study the mechanism of oxidation reaction of CaS and solid-solid reaction between CaS and CaSO4 .The temperature ranges of the main reactions were clearly defined by comparing the relationship between the molar flows of the evolved gases during the process.The results show that the reaction of CaS with O2 to form CaSO4 begins at 617 ℃ .The reaction between CaS and O2 to form CaO and SO2 begins at 997 ℃ .And the reaction between CaS and CaSO4 to form CaO and SO2 begins at 825 ℃ .
