卧轮式气流选粉机进料方式的试验研究

摘要:卧轮式气流选粉机性能的优劣直接决定粉体产量及工艺能耗,依据选粉机内气流运动规律优选进料方式,以提高分级效率,通过试验考察上部进料、侧面逆旋向进料及侧面顺旋向进料3种方式下,牛顿分级效率和部分分级效率随进风量及转笼转速的变化规律。结果表明,上部进料时,物料进入强旋转气流内受到较大的剪切作用,更有利于改善物料的分散性,牛顿分级效率平均提高约12%,分级效果最好,侧面顺旋向进料下分级效果次之,同时,进风量与转笼转速间的匹配关系对分级效果也有较大的影响。进料位置的设计不仅需要考虑工艺设布置,还应充分重视对分级效果的影响。

Abstract: The classification performance of horizontal turbo air classifier had great effect on powder yield and system energy consumption.The effects of three feeding types including upper feeding type,side cross-flow feeding type and side downstream feeding type were investigated by experiments according to the air flow characteristic in this paper.The experimental results show that,under different air volume rates and rotor cage speeds,upper feeding type effectively improves the dispersion of the material due to the strong swirling flow.The Newton classification efficiency averagely increases about 12% indicating better classification performance; meanwhile,the air volume rates match the rotor cage speed.Thus,the design of feeding type takes the equipment arrangement into account as well as the classification performance.
