摘要:为系统研究改性腔的温度调控规律,在 SLG-200 型粉体表面改性机上搭建温度自动测控系统,实现对改性腔温度的自动监控和对“风门/料门开度”的计算机调控; 建立以“风门/料门开度”为输入变量、以“改性腔温度”为输出变量的静态模型和传递函数模型,探究了空载运行条件下改性机“风门/料门开度”对温度的影响规律。实验结果表明: 在空载运行条件下,“风门/料门开度”的变化对改性温度的调节作用是非线性的,风门开度的有效调节范围为 20% ~ 80% ; 风门比料门的开度变化对温度的调节作用更显著; 风门开度由小变大时,传递函数的增益先增大后减小,特征时间常数先减小后增大。

Abstract: In order to systematically study the temperature regulation rules and control of the modified cavity,an automatic temperature measurement and control system was built on SLG-200 type powder surface modification machine to realize automatic monitoring of the temperature of the modified cavity and computer control of the opening of the air/material valve.The static model and transfer function model with air/material valve opening as input variable and modified cavity temperature as output variable were established.And the influence rule of air/material valve opening of the modifier on temperature under no-load operation condition was explored.The experimental results show that the adjusting effect of the air/material valve opening on the modified temperature is nonlinear under the condition of no-load operation.The effective adjusting range of the air valve opening is 20% ~ 80% .The adjusting effect of the air valve on the temperature is more significant than that of the material valve.The gain of the transfer function first increases and then decreases.The characteristic time constant first decreases and then increases when the air valve opening increases from small to large.
