硅藻土基纳米结构 AlOOH-MnO2复合氧化物沉积制备及其对 As(V) 吸附性能

摘要:以结晶氯化铝为铝源、尿素为沉淀剂、高锰酸钾为锰源、过硫酸铵为氧化剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠为模板剂,采用水热法在硅藻土藻盘上沉积制备纳米花片状AlOOH-MnO2复合氧化剂。采用SEM、TEM、XRD、BET、XPS等方法对样品进行表征,并研究样品对As(Ⅴ)的吸附规律。结果表明:样品比表面积为95 m2/g时,对As(Ⅴ)的最大吸附容量为90 mg/g,对初始质量浓度为10 mg/L的含As(Ⅴ)废水去除率能够达到98%;样品对As(Ⅴ)的吸附等温模型更符合Langmuir等温式。

Abstract: The flower-like and sheet-like nanostructure AlOOH-MnO2 deposited diatomite composite absorbents were prepared via one-step hydrothermal method using AlCl3 ·6H2O as the source of aluminum,urea as precipitant,KMnO4 as the source of manganese,( NH4 ) 2 S2O8 as oxidant,and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as template.The samples were characterized by SEM、TEM、XRD、BET and XPS,and the adsorption property for As( Ⅴ) was investigated.The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity for As( Ⅴ) of the samples is 90 mg /g and the specific surface area is 95 m2 /g.The removal efficiency of AlOOH-MnO2 diatomite reaches 98% when initial concentration of As( Ⅴ) is 10 mg /L.The adsorption model for As( Ⅴ) is keeping with the Langmuir adsorption model.
