泡点孔径分析方法的溯源性及其标物研制

摘要:为解决泡点孔径分析方法缺乏量值溯源性和测量结果的一致性与准确性问题,通过研制泡点孔径分析标准装置,并以此为基础研制标准物质。结果表明:工作级泡点孔径分析仪的量值溯源问题得以解决;标准物质为金属烧结材料膜片,标称孔径分别为5、15μm,相对不确定度均为4. 3%,包含因子k=2。作为泡点孔径分析法的首个计量标准,其装置与标准物质可为我国环保滤料产业的产品研发与质量控制提供技术支持。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of traceability of bubble point method and consistency and accuracy of measurement results,a standard device is developed to develop two reference materials for bubble point method.The results show that the problem of traceability of working grade bubble point porometry is solved,and the two reference materials are made of sintered porous metal,with the nominal pore-size of 5 and 15 μm,respectively.The uncertainties both are 4.3% ,k = 2.As the first metrological standard for bubble point method,the standard device and reference materials can provide accurate and reliable support for production development and quality control of filter materials industry.
