高炉渣离心粒化系统优化与实验研究

摘要:为了实现高炉渣的干法离心粒化自适应调节控制,高炉渣离心粒化自适应控制系统采用机器视觉和图像处理技术,实现了渣粒粒径的在线检测及粒化系统的渣粒粒径反馈调节,并在此基础上进行4组粒化实验。结果表明:渣流达到稳态之前粒化质量较差且难以控制,应尽量缩短渣流的非稳态时间:自适应控制法相较于定粒化盘转速法所得到的高炉渣渣粒平均粒径减小20%,渣棉质量分数减少35%;粒化盘直径在120~160 mm时综合粒化效果最好;同时,粒化盘转速低于1 600 r/min时,可以有效抑制渣棉的产生。

Abstract: In order to realize the self-adaptive centrifugal granulation adaptive regulation control of blast furnace slag,the blast furnace granulation centrifugal granulation adaptive control system used machine vision and image processing technology to realize on-line detection of slag particle size and slag particle size of granulation system.Feedback adjustment,and based on this,three sets of granulation experiments were carried out.The results show that the granulation quality is poor and difficult to control before the slag flow reaches steady state.The unsteady time of the slag flow should be shortened as much as possible.Compared with the granulated slag average diameter obtained by the granulated disk rotation method,the diameterof the adaptive control method is reduced by 20% ,the amount of slag cotton formation is reduced by 35% ; the granulation disk diameter is 120~160 mm,the comprehensive granulation effect is best; meanwhile,when the granulation disk rotation speed is lower than 1 600 r/min,the slag cotton can be effectively inhibited.
