层状双金属氢氧化物的原位改性及其吸附性能

摘要:为了改善层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)材料对水体中碘离子的吸附性能,通过共沉淀法制备铜基LDH材料,利用煅烧及煅烧后还原分别制得层状双金属氧化物(CLDH)和Cu-Cu2O-CLDH材料,并探究这3种LDHs材料对水体中I-的吸附性能。扫描电镜观察到Cu-Cu2O-CLDH的表面上长出了小颗粒,X射线衍射结果证明这些小颗粒为Cu及Cu2O,比表面积测试结果表明Cu-Cu2O-CLDH的比表面积达到了316. 76 m2/g,远远大于LDH及CLDH材料。吸附实验结果显示:LDH和CLDH对I-的饱和吸附容量分别为23. 8、84. 8 mg/g,而改性后的CuCu2O-CLDH对I-的饱和吸附容量提升到了134. 5 mg/g。根据I-的吸附实验结果及吸附后的样品表征,发现Cu、Cu2O能够与I-反应生成CuI,加上与CLDH的协同作用,使得材料对I-的吸附效率进一步提高。

Abstract: In order to improve the adsorption performance of layered double hydroxides ( LDHs) on iodide in water,copper-based layered double hydroxides ( LDHs) were prepared by co-precipitation method,and we synthesized the CLDH and Cu-Cu2O-CLDH by calcination and reduction respectively.We explored the adsorption properties for Iin water.Scanning electron microscopy found small particles on the surface of Cu-Cu2O-CLDH.X-ray diffraction results confirmed that these small particles were Cu and Cu2O.Specific surface area test results showed that the specific surface area of Cu-Cu2O-CLDH reaches 316.76 m2 /g,which is much larger than that of LDH and CLDH materials.The result of the adsorption showed that compared with LDH and CLDH,the saturated uptake capacity of Cu-Cu2O-CLDH to Iwas increased form 23.8 mg /g and 84.8 mg /g to 134.5 mg /g respectively.According the result of adsorption experiment and the characterization of the sample after adsorption,we find that Cu-Cu2O can react with Ito form CuI,and due to the synergistic effect with CLDH,the adsorption efficiency of the material for Iis further improved.
