摘要:通过等离子体技术制备导电炭黑,并用浓硫酸和浓硝酸进行表面改性。以丙烯酸酯和导电炭黑为原料,利用悬浮体共混法,制备导电涂料。分别研究导电炭黑、偶联剂和二氧化硅的用量以及研磨时间等因素对涂层的体积电阻率的影响。结果表明,炭黑、钛酸酯、纳米二氧化硅的质量分数分别为1. 2%、3%和0. 6%,研磨时间为4 h,有利于得到导电性好的涂层。此外利用旋转流变仪测试涂料的流变性质,发现导电涂料的流变与导电阈值重合。
Abstract: Electrical conducting carbon black was prepared by the plasma technology with two sets of electrodes.The carbon black( CB) was surface modified by the treatment of HNO3 and H2 SO4 .A conductive coatings was prepared by suspension blending using carbon black as the conductive filler and polyacrylate ( PA) as the film forming matter.The effect of carbon black content,titanium coupling agent,nano silica and milling time on the electrical conductivity of PA-CB coatings were studied.The PA-CB coatings with goodconductivity could be prepared with CB 1.2% titanium coupling agent 3% ,nano silica 0.6% and milling time 4 h.An interesting result shows that the rheological threshold is close to the electrical percolation.
