摘要:为控制风力排放的土壤尘,合成水性聚合物抑尘剂,研究聚合物对土壤尘的润湿、聚集和保湿作用。结果表明:丙烯酸有助于降低聚合物与土壤尘之间的接触角,增大土壤尘的Zeta电位;聚合物促进细颗粒团聚,提高内聚力,在干燥状态下以致密的表面封闭粉体,显著提高土壤尘的稳定性;湿润状态下,聚合物延缓水挥发,提高保湿性,有效降低风力侵蚀性;聚合物用量为1. 0%时,20℃、相对湿度45%条件下的抑尘时间为洒水的2. 38倍,风速为12 m/s时模型抑尘效率高达86. 07%;在裸土操场,规模化喷洒使用24 h后,PM2.5和PM10的抑尘效率分别达到62. 96%和71. 05%,现场应用效果与估算结果非常接近,证实性能评价方法的可行性。

Abstract: To control the aeolian emission from earth dust,waterborne polymeric dust suppressants were synthesized,and the effects on particles agglomeration,moisture retention and wetting ability to earth dust were investigated.The results show that acrylic acid favors polymer-dust contact angle,and increases dust Zeta potential.Such polymers facilitate fine particle aggregation,improve cohesion forces,and in arid status,distinctly enhance the soil dust stability by compacted seals.However,in moistened state,wind erodibility is effectively reduced via hindering vaporization and raising moisture-retention.At the temperature of 20 ℃,relative humidity of 45% and polymer mass dosage of 1.0% ,the suppressing duration attain 2.38 times of watering,and at wind rate of 12 m/s,the estimated suppression efficiency ( SE) is 86.07% .Extensive spraying 24h later on a bare earth playground,the PM2.5 and PM10 SE reach 62.96% and 71.05% , theoretical gap to field application results being diminished,and thus confirmed this feasible evaluating methodology.
