摘要:为节约钛资源,改善氧化钛产品质量,以膜分散器制备硫酸钡颗粒,使用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)进行调控;以制备的硫酸钡作为内核,氨水和钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)作为原料,利用溶剂热进行氧化钛包覆。结果表明:25℃时,以氯化钡和EDTA-2Na溶液为分散相,硫酸钠溶液为连续相,2相流速比为1∶1(10 m L/min)或20∶20(20 m L/min),EDTA-2Na浓度为0. 08、0. 1 mol/L,氯化钡和硫酸钠浓度均为0. 1 mol/L时可以得到粒径较小、分散性好、分布较窄的硫酸钡球状颗粒;温度为120℃,当氨水和TBOT的用量提高到0. 4 m L以上,可以得到核壳型的复合氧化钛。

Abstract: In order to save titanium resources and improve the quality of titanium oxide products,the preparation of coreshell BaSO4-TiO2 composite particles was conducted.Firstly,the BaSO4 particles were prepared using a membrane disperser and controlled by disodium edetate( EDTA-2Na) .BaSO4 obtained by this method was used as a core,and ammonia water and tetrabutyl titanate( TBOT) were used as raw materials,and TiO2 was coated by solvothermal method.The results show that,at 25 ℃,the solution of BaCl2 and EDTA-2Na is used as the dispersed phase,and the Na2SO4 solution is the continuous phase.When the two-phase flow rate is 10∶10 or 20∶20,the concentration of EDTA-2Na is 0.08 mol /L or 0.1 mol /L,and the concentration of BaCl2 and Na2SO4 is 0.1 mol /L,BaSO4 spherical particles are prepared with a small particle size,good dispersibility and narrow distribution.At 120 ℃,when the amount of ammonia water and TBOT is increased to 0.4 mL or more,a core-shell type composite TiO2 could be obtained.
