水平管稀相气力输送气-固速度关系的实验研究

摘要:通过采用光导纤维在负压运行的气力输送实验台上对颗粒速度进行测量,对测量气-固速度关系进行对比。结果表明:相同气速和给料量下,管道截面上部颗粒速度大于下部速度,速度差随表征气速降低; Yang关联式对颗粒速度的预测最为吻合;通过对Yang关联式中颗粒摩擦系数的实验优化,获得了对本实验颗粒速度预测更为准确的气-固速度关联式。

Abstract: Optical-fiber probe ( OFP) was used to measure the particle velocity in a negative pressure pneumatic conveying test rig in this paper.The results show that the upper particle velocity is greater than the lower one at the same gas superficial velocity and the same solid flow rate.The velocity difference decreases with the increasing in gas superficial velocity.Yang’s correlation gives the best prediction of the particle velocity among the existing correlations and a more accurate gas-solid velocity correlation is obtained by the experimental optimization of the solid friction factor in Yang’s correlation.
