摘要:为了改善除尘器内部气流场的均匀性并延长金属纤维滤袋使用寿命,对基于转角正方形排布的各种滤袋进行数值模拟分析,研究不同进气条件下除尘器内部的气流速度分布规律和流量分配系数,并将实验结果和数值计算结果进行验证对比。结果表明:基于转角正方形排布的除尘器进气口位于下部时,各滤袋的气体流量分配更均匀;在进气位置相同的条件下,进气速度越小,气流均匀性越好,但进气速度的影响不如进气位置明显;基于多孔介质模型的数值模拟结果和实验结果吻合较好;为了降低除尘器的运行维护费用,实际生产中可选用下进口位置以及相对小的进气速度(过滤速度不低于0. 01 m/s)。

Abstract: In order to improve the uniformity of air flow field inside the precipitator and extend the service life of metal fiber filter bag,the numerical simulation analysis of various filter bags based on the square arrangement of corner was carried out,and the distribution law of air flow velocity and flow distribution coefficient in the precipitator under different intake conditions were studied.Finally,the experimental results and the numerical calculation results were verified and compared.The results show that the gas flow distribution of each filter bag is more uniform when the air inlet of the precipitator based on the square arrangement of corner is located in the lower part; under the same air inlet position,the smaller the air inlet speed is,the better the airflow uniformity is,but the influence of the air inlet speed is not as obvious as the position of the air inlet; the numerical simulation results based on the porous media model are well matched with the experimental results.In order to reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the precipitator,the position of the lower inlet and the relatively small air inlet speed ( the filtering speed is not less than 0. 01m/s) can be selected in the actual production.
