摘要:为解决偏高岭土磷酸基地聚物常温养护凝结时间长、加热养护产生大量微裂缝的问题,使用微波发生器在70 W输出功率条件下,以持续加热和间断加热的养护方式,磷酸激发偏高岭土地聚物浆体,制备地聚物硬化体,并与60℃加热养护制备的地聚物硬化体的性能进行比较。结果表明:在微波间断的养护条件下地聚物浆体可在10 min内完成初凝,地聚物硬化体的自由水质量分数为27%,试件抗压强度为76. 3 MPa,高于加热养护的为46. 3MPa;微波养护地聚物硬化体线性收缩率为3. 5%,高于加热养护地聚物硬化体的3. 3%;微波养护可有效促进地聚物中自由水和羟基的脱除,减少表面孔隙与裂缝,增加抗压强度;微波养护地聚物硬化体与加热养护硬化体成分相同,由—Si—O—P—Si—、—O—P—Al—单元及焦磷酸根的组成形式。

Abstract: To decrease the setting time of the metakaolin phosphoric acid-based geopolymer curried in room temperature and the large numbers of micro-cracks generated in geopolymers that cured in heating environment,the metakaolin phosphoric acid-based geopolymer was continuously and intermittently cured by microwave generator at the power of 70 W.The properties of hardened geopolymer were compared with those of the hardened geopolymer curried at 60 ℃ .The results show that under the intermittent microwave curing condition,the initial setting time can be shorted into 10min,and the free water content of the samples is 27% .When samples were cured in intermittent microwave,the compressive strength of metakaolin phosphoric acid-based geopolymer is 76.3 MPa which is higher than 46.3 MPa in heating environment.The linear shrinkage rate of samples cured in intermittent microwave is 3.5% which is higher than 3.3% in heating environment.The compositions of samples cured in microwave curing and heating environment are the same, metakaolin phosphoric acid-based polymer is composed of —Si—O—P—Si—,—O—P—Al— unit and pyrophosphate.
