滚筒装备内颗粒混合与粉磨研究进展

摘要:综述滚筒装备内颗粒混合和粉磨的实验和数值模拟研究;指出已有研究中缺少对小规模滚筒内颗粒轴向混合以及工业规模滚筒装备内颗粒混合和粉磨过程的研究,并且对不规则形状颗粒、微米尺度颗粒、湿颗粒的混合和粉磨过程的研究较少;认为今后的工作中应开展滚筒内颗粒轴向或整体混合研究,并将相似原理、粗粒模型引入工业规模滚筒装备内颗粒动力学离散元模拟中,在此基础上,开展涉及非球形颗粒的流固耦合模型及数值模拟方法研究。

Abstract: The experimental and numerical simulation researches on mixing and grinding of granular material in rotating drum equipments were reviewed.The existing problems in previous researches,including lack of investigations on axial mixing of granular material in small scale rotating drum and on mixing and grinding processes of granular material in industrial scale rotating drum equipments,and insufficient consideration of the mixing and grinding processes of particles of irregular shapes and micron sizes and mixed with water,are pointed out.It is recommended that the axial or overall mixing of granular material in rotating drums should be studied and that the similarity principle and the coarse grain model should be introduced into the discrete element modelling of dynamics of granular material in the rotating drum equipments in future work.On this basis,liquid-solid coupling models and relevant numerical simulation methods involving non-spherical particles should be developed.
