摘要:针对激光粒度测试中求解颗粒度分布算法消除噪声困难问题,在分析颗粒散射光能矩阵特点的基础上,采用变尺度算法进行求解,根据不同粒径散射光能分布差别较大和白噪声影响不同的特点,通过逐次调整迭代方向矢量,建立多个梯度之间的联系,实现梯度调整;并对微粒标准物质及其混合样品进行实验。结果表明:样品的测量值与参考值误差不大于10. 09%,并可以识别多峰分布的样品。

Abstract: It is difficult to eliminate noise in the algorithm to invert particle size distribution in laser particle size measurement,so the scattering light energy matrix of the particle was analyzed.The variable-scale algorithm was executed on the problem.As the scattered light energy distribution varied much for a large and a small particle,and the white noise effect was different on each element,a gradient adjustment vector was adapted to adjust iteration directions respectively.It was a connector for the successive gradients.As a result,the gradients are adjusted accurately.Experiments were carried out on two particulate reference materials and their mixture.The results show that the errors to the reference value are not more than 10.09% .Furthermore,the mixed samples with multi-peak distribution can be identified.
