海泡石颗粒气固两相射流分级的数值模拟

摘要:针对气体和海泡石颗粒组成的气固两相流体建立欧拉-拉格朗日两相颗粒模型,依据射流的附壁效应进行海泡石颗粒分级过程的数值模拟;通过分析康达块壁面区域的海泡石颗粒的运动轨迹、速度和位置等运动特性,确定颗粒的分级区域。结果表明:海泡石颗粒的粒径越小,附壁效应作用越明显,海泡石颗粒的速度在康达块壁面区域衰减很快;根据不同粒径颗粒在水平方向的位置划分了颗粒分级区间,粒径为1~10μm的海泡石细粉的分级区间位于X轴坐标为0~0. 14 m处。

Abstract: Euler-Lagrange two-phase particle model was established for the gas-solid two-phase fluid composed of gas and sepiolite particles.The numerical simulation of sepiolite particle classification process was carried out according to Coanda effect of jet.By analyzing the motion characteristics such as the track,velocity and position of sepiolite particles in the wall area of Coanda block,the grading region of particles was determined.The results show that the smaller the particle size of sepiolite is,the more obvious the coanda effect is.According to the positions of particles with different particle sizes in horizontal direction,the grading interval of particles with particle size of 1~10 μm is located at a distance of 0~0.14 m from the jet inlet.
