氨基功能化硅藻土复合纳米材料的制备及其对 Pb(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ) 的吸附性能

摘要:分别以3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、二乙烯三胺为NH2源,乙醇为溶剂,采用水浴法在硅藻土藻盘上液相接枝NH2官能团制备复合材料样品;采用FTIR、SEM、TGA-DSC、XPS等方法对复合材料进行表征,并研究样品对Pb(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附规律。结果表明:二乙烯三胺改性后的样品对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)最大吸附容量分别为184. 69、109. 65 mg/g;对初始浓度为20 mg/L的含Pb(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)的废水去除率达到95%以上;样品对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cr(Ⅵ)的等温吸附曲线更符合Langmuir模型。

Abstract: The amino-functionalized diatomite composite samples was synthesized via water bath stiring method,in which 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and diethylenetriamine supplied amino functional groups.The samples were characterized by FTIR,SEM,TGA-DSC and XPS,and the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) were investigated.The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity of Pb (II) and Cr (VI) are 184. 69 and 109. 65 mg /g,respectively,with diethylenetriamine modification samples.The removal rate of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr( Ⅵ) reach 95% ,with initial concentration of 20 mg /L.The adsorption models for Pb(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) are keeping with the langmuir adsorption model.
