基于 Ansys Fluent 的超细粉阀口袋包装水平输送螺杆设计

摘要:将超细粉作为研究对象,对其清洁化充填计量机械结构进行设计;基于Ansys Fluent的计算机流体力学技术与正交试验设计确定影响水平输送螺杆质量的螺杆几何参数,并确定获得最佳质量时的几何参数。结果表明:水平输送螺杆质量相关参数的主次顺序为螺旋升角(α)、螺旋槽深(H)、螺旋叶片厚度(e);螺旋升角为17°~25°时,水平输送螺杆可获得较大充填效率;基于25 kg的超细粉阀口袋包装中水平输送螺杆最佳几何参数为水平螺杆外径为80 mm,内径为16 mm,叶片厚度为2 mm,槽深为32 mm,升角为20°。

Abstract: Taked ultrafine powder as the research object,the clean filling metering mechanical structure was designed. Based on computer fluid mechanics and orthogonal test design,the geometric parameters of the screw that affected the quality of horizontal conveying screw were determined,and the geometric parameters that obtained the best quality were determined. The results show that the order of the quality related parameters of the horizontal conveying screw is helix angle,helix groove depth and helix blade thickness. When the helix angle is 17 °~25 °,the horizontal conveying screw can obtain a larger filling efficiency. The optimal geometric parameters of the horizontal conveying screw in 25 kg valved pocket packing are D = 80 mm,d = 16 mm,e = 2 mm,H = 32 mm and α = 20 °.
