摘要:为了研究锁气阀出料空间分布的影响因素,3D打印制作200 mm口径锁气阀实验装置,利用内蒙古神东补连塔煤粉研究凹槽深度、底部形状、煤粉填充密度、凹槽移动速度等变量对出料分布曲线的影响。结果表明:煤粉流动性较差,容易团聚、架桥;填充密度超过松装密度时,凹槽出料曲线峰值向右推移;凹槽深度增加使出料曲线右侧平行扩张;凹槽移动速度增加使出料曲线整体向右移动,且分散度提高;出口左侧设置挡板使出料曲线整体向右平移;由于凹槽两侧的有效卸料时间少于中心的,未卸出的煤粉集中于出料口两侧。提出保证煤粉填充密度小于松装密度、减小凹槽深度、降低凹槽移动速度、减小出口挡板宽度有助于锁气阀的卸料顺畅。

Abstract: In order to explore the reasonable width of the outlet baffle of the lock valve,the experimental equipment of 200 mm caliber air lock valve was made by 3D printer. The effects of groove depth,bottom shape,the density of coal filling,and the velocity of the groove on the discharge curve of the groove were investigated experimentally. The results indicate that the fluidity of pulverized coal used in the experiment from Shendong Bulianta pulverized coal is poor,and it is easy to aggregate and bridge. When the filling density exceeds the slack density,the peak value of the groove discharge curve moves to the right. The increase of groove depth will lead to the parallel expansion of the right half of the discharge curve. As the groove moving speed increases,the output curve moves to the right as a whole,and the dispersion increases. When the baffle is set on the left side of the outlet,the output curve will shift to the right as a whole. Since the effective discharge time on both sides of the groove is less than the center,the undischarged coal powder is concentrated on both sides of the outlet. In conclusion,ensuring that the coal filling density is less than the loose loading density,reducing the groove depth,reducing the groove moving speed,and reducing the width of the outlet baffle is conducive to the smooth unloading of the lock valve.
