摘要:通过磁组装与溶液聚合快速制备离子强度响应光子晶体传感器,采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重-差示扫描仪分析(TG-DSC)、傅里叶转换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和光纤光谱仪等对传感器进行结构与性能进行分析,研究传感器在不同离子强度溶液中的响应性能及其响应时间和循环稳定性。结果表明:传感器制备时间只需10 min,传感器微观结构为有机凝胶中均匀分布着具有等间距的Fe3O4@PVP胶体粒子的链状结构,凝胶的质量分数高达99.05%;传感器在离子强度从0~1 000 mmol/L的溶液中,布拉格衍射峰位置从752 nm蓝移到491 nm,颜色从深红色逐渐变为蓝色;传感器在检测环境中可以保持超过2个月不褪色;当传感器厚度为60μm时,响应时间为320 s。

Abstract: The ionic strength response photonic crystal sensor was rapidly prepared by magnetic assembly and solution polymerization.The structure and properties of the sensors were analyzed by means of field emission scanning electron microscope ( SEM) ,TG-DSC,FT-IR and optical fiber spectrometer. The response properties,response time and cyclic stability of the sensors in different ionic strength solutions were studied.The results show that the preparation time of the sensor is only 10 min,and the microstructure of the sensor is the chain structure with Fe3O4@PVP colloidal particles evenly distributed in the organogel.The gel Weight fraction is as high as 99.05% .In the solution with ion strength ranging from 0 ~ 1 000 mmol /L,the diffraction peak moves from 752 nm blue to 491 nm,and the color changes from dark red to blue gradually.The sensor can keep color fast for more than 2 months in the detection environment.When the thickness of the sensor is 60 m,the response time is 320 s.
