超细粉体团聚性表征技术研究

摘要:以4种超细粉体为研究对象,利用激光衍射法粒度分布测试技术,开展基于不同分散压力的粉体团聚性实验研究,建立了评估粉体团聚性特征指数的表征方法。实验结果表明,团聚特征指数的数值越大粉体的团聚性越强,团聚特征指数越接近1,团聚性越弱;粒径为5μm左右是4种粉体一个分界限,小于5μm的颗粒容易发生团聚,大于5μm的颗粒不易团聚; 4种粉体团聚性由弱到强的顺序依次为A <B <C <D,与粉体流动性次序一致;根据粉体样品的团聚特征指数,有针对性地选择符合使用要求的粉体产品,研究建立的团聚特征指数表征方法,实现了快速、简便、准确表征超细粉体团聚度。

Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the agglomeration degree of four powder materials which are currently used in practice. The experiment of powder agglomeration based on different dispersion pressure was carried out by laser diffraction and particle size distribution test,and the characteristic index of powder agglomeration was established through the experimental study. The experimental results show that the higher the value of agglomeration characteristic indexis,the stronger the agglomeration of powderis,and the closer to 1 the value of agglomeration characteristic index,the weaker the agglomeration of powder. A particle size of about 5 μm is dividing line for the agglomeration of the four powders. Particles less than 5 μm is easily agglomerated,and particles larger than 5 μm is not easy to agglomerat. The agglomeration from weak to strong of four powders is A < B < C < D,and it is consistent with the order of powder fluidity. According to the agglomeration characteristic index of the powder sample,the powder product which meets the application requirement is selected pertinently. The index of agglomeration characteristics could provide further reference for the selection of subsequent powder aplication. The agglomeration characteristic index and characterization method were established,and the purpose of rapid,simple and accurate characterization of superfine powder agglomeration was realized.
