摘要:首先采用纹影仪进行拍摄、观测不同喷吹压力下多孔喷吹气流的偏斜角度;然后在自制多孔喷吹实验台上设置不同喷吹压力和喷吹距离,分别测试3个滤筒侧壁上设置的18个测点处的压力峰值,最后通过对比分析探究喷吹压力和喷吹距离对多孔喷吹气流偏斜以及滤筒清灰性能的影响。实验结果表明:由纹影仪图像发现,喷吹气流偏斜角度沿着喷吹管方向逐渐减小,3个喷孔的气流偏斜角度随着喷吹压力增大而增大;随着喷吹压力增大,喷吹气流偏斜角度增大,迎流面与背流面压力峰值差距增大,作用在滤筒上的气流偏斜现象更加明显,滤筒整体的清灰均匀性降低,清灰性能变差;随着喷吹距离增大,3个滤筒侧壁各测点压力峰值整体呈现先增大再减小的规律,同一滤筒呈现侧壁压力峰值差距先减小、再增大的趋势;在喷吹距离为180 mm时两侧壁的测点压力峰值差值最小,滤筒清灰性能最佳。

Abstract:Firstly,a schlieren instrument was used to photograph and observe the deflection angle of porous jet under different jet pressure. Then,different jet pressure and jet distance were set to test the peak pressure at 18 measuring points set on the side wall of three filter cartridges on the self-made porous jet experimental platform. Lastly,the influence of jet pressure and jet distance on the deflection of porous jet airflow and cleaning performance of the filter cartridge were investigated by comparative analysis. The experimental results show that: it is found from schlieren image that the deflection angle of the jet airflow decreases along the direction of the jet pipe,and the airflow deflection angle of three holes increases with the increase of jet pressure. With the increase of the jet pressure,the angle of deflection of the jet airflow increases,the difference between the peak pressure of face flow surface and back flow surface increases,and the deflection of air flow acting on the filter cylinder becomes more obvious. The overall dust cleaning uniformity of the filter cylinder decreases and the dust cleaning performance becomes worse.With the increase of jet distance,the peak pressure of each measuring point on the side wall of the three filter cartridges increases at first and then decreases,and the difference of the peak pressure on the side wall of the same filter cartridge decreases firstly and then increases. When the jet distance is 180 mm,the pressure peak difference of the two sides of the filter cartridge is the smallest,and the cleaning performance of the filter cartridge is the best.
