摘要:为了探究金属长滤袋的清灰性能,搭建脉冲喷吹平台,以直径为160 mm、长度为6 m金属滤袋为对象,探究在不同喷吹条件下,金属长滤袋的最优清灰参数以及沿滤袋方向上侧壁压力峰值的分布规律。结果表明:在喷吹压力为0.4 MPa时,金属长滤袋的最佳喷吹孔径为16 mm,喷吹距离为200 mm;此条件下,滤袋的中部测点P3、P4、P5压力值分别为0.87、0.75、0.77 kPa,均大于300 Pa,满足有效清灰要求。金属长滤袋的侧壁压力峰值呈现出上部>下部>中部的变化趋势。

Abstract:In order to explore the cleaning performance of long metal filter bag,a pulse injection platform was built to study the optimum design and the pressure distribution under different pulse-jet conditions,taking thelong metal filter bagwith the diameter of 160 mm and length of 6 m as examples. The experimental results show that when the pulse pressure is 0. 4 MPa,the optimum nozzle is 16 mm and the optimum jetdistance is 200 mm for the long metal filter bag. Under this condition,the pressure values of P3,P4,and P5 in the middle part of the metal filter bag are 0. 87,0. 75 and 0. 77 kPa,respectively,and all greater than 300 Pa,meeting the requirements of effective cleaning. The pressure peaks of the metal filter bag show a variation trend of upper part > bottom part > middle part.
