摘要: 为了研究垂直螺旋输送机输送不同物料的特性,自主设计实验测试平台,通过改变螺旋轴、喂料头的转速,分析物料种类(沙子和黄豆)对垂直螺旋输送机输送性能指标(生产率和能耗)的影响。结果表明:要达到螺旋输送机的最好输送性能,改变螺旋轴转速和喂料头转速是最直接、有效的方法;随着螺旋轴转速的提高,输送性能逐渐提升后又会出现下降的趋势,因此在工程设计中不能盲目提高螺旋轴转速。垂直螺旋输送机存在螺旋轴转速和喂料头转速最佳配比,即最佳转速比,输送沙子和黄豆时的最佳转速比为3~4,两者基本相等,最佳转速比时螺旋输送机输送性能最佳。

Abstract:In order to study characteristics of different materials conveyed by vertical screw conveyors,an experimental test platform was independently designed.By changing screw shaft speed and feeding head speed,an analysis was conducted on the impact of material types (sand and soybeans)on the conveying performance indexes (productivity and energy consumption)of the screw conveyor.The results show that to achieve the best conveying performance of the screw conveyor,changing the screw shaft speed and the feeding head speed is the most direct and effective methods.With the increase of the screw shaft speed,the conveying performance will gradually improve and then decline,so in engineering design can not blindly increase the screw shaft speed.The screw conveyor has the best ratio of the screw shaft speed and the feeding head speed,that is,the best speed ratio.The screw conveyor has the best conveying performance with the best speed ratio.The best speed ratio when conveying sand and soybeans is basically the same of 3 to 4.
