喷嘴型式对滤筒脉冲定阻清灰效果的影响

摘要:为了降低工业生产中除尘器运行阻力,维持稳定工况,自主设计柜式工业除尘器作为实验平台,采用普通直角喷嘴、上部开口散射器、诱导喷嘴3种喷嘴,研究直径×高度为325 mm×600 mm的褶皱式滤筒在工业粉尘过滤实验中的清灰效果;脉冲喷吹采用定阻清灰模式,喷吹压力分别为0.2、 0.3、 0.4 MPa,探究不同的喷嘴型式对除尘器维持可持续运行工况的影响。结果表明:在喷吹压力为0.4 MPa时,普通直角喷嘴、上部开口散射器、诱导喷嘴的平均清灰间隔时长分别为459、 679、 554 s;相较于普通直角喷嘴,上部开口散射器和诱导喷嘴褶皱式滤筒除尘器的平均清灰间隔时长增加,出口粉尘浓度降低。

Abstract:To reduce the pressure drop of dust collector and maintaining stable operation, a cabinet industry dust collector was designed as the experimental platform. Ordinary rectangular nozzle, upper opening diffuser and induction nozzle were used to conduct the industrial dust filtration experiments via filter cartridge with diameter and height of 325 mm and 600 mm. Clean-on-demand pulse-jet mode was used to investigate the influence of different nozzle forms to the dust collector operating condition, under different injection pressure such as 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 MPa. The results show that under 0.4 MPa injection pressure, the average cleaning interval time of three nozzles respectively are 459 s of ordinary rectangular nozzle, 679 s of upper opening diffuser, 554 s of induction nozzle. Compared with ordinary rectangular nozzle, both upper opening diffuser and induction nozzle effectively increase the average cleaning interval time and reduce the dust emission concentration.
