摘要:自建工业覆粉工业实验平台,以聚乙烯滤料除尘器为研究对象,采用粉煤灰为原料,利用改变脉冲间隔、过滤风速、喷吹压力的方法研究除尘器在实际工业生产中的运行参数。结果表明:过滤风速对聚乙烯滤料除尘器运行参数的影响呈明显的规律变化,中位粒径d50为5、 17μm的粉尘颗粒阻力增加值与过滤风速的函数关系式分别为y=40.711 9 x2-24.878x+1.02和y=49.206x2-82.401x+1.01,稳定运行的过滤风速范围分别为2.2~3.8 m·min-1和2.2~3.6 m·min-1;聚乙烯滤料除尘器的喷吹压力为0.5 MPa时喷吹效果最好,在过滤风速为4.0 m·min-1时,可使收集d50为17μm的粉尘运行阻力稳定在11.7 kPa。

Abstract:An industrial experiment platform of the polyethylene filter dust collector was built, choosing fly ash as the experimental raw material. The operating state parameters of the polyethylene filter dust collector were obtained in industrial production by changing the pulse interval, filtering wind speed and injection pressure. The results show that the influence of the filtering wind speed on the operating parameters of the polyethylene filter dust collector shows an obvious regular change. The functional relationship between the resistance increase of the dust particles with d50 of 17 μm and 5 μm and the filtering wind speed are y=40.711 9x2-24.878x+1.02 and y=49.206x2-82.401x+1.01. The filter wind speed ranges for stable operation are 2.2~3.8 m·min-1 and 2.2~3.6 m·min-1 respectively. The spraying pressure of 0.5 MPa of the polyethylene filter dust collector has the best spraying effect and can stabilize the running resistance of at 11.7 kPa when collecting dust with d50=17 μm at a filter wind speed of 4.0 m·min-1.
