超微粉体材料精细分级研究

摘要:本研究采用新型ATP-150 涡轮式空气分级机,对高纯度氢氧化铝(0-40μm) 粉体原料进行了系统地精细分级条件试验研究。研究结果得出:ATP型可有效地用于氢氧化铝微细粉体材料的精细分级,调节分级机的风量或风速、分级轮的转速等工艺参数,可从0~40μm的高纯度氢氧化铝原料中获得0~15μm,5~15μm,0~5μm等含量达99%以上的三种均细物料产品,最小分离粒度可达2μm, 设备的处理能力达到1000kg/h,其牛顿分级效率达80%以上 。

Abstract:Using new type ATP-150 gas-turbine classifier, the experiment conditions of careful classification are detailed studyed for super purity powder material (0-40μm)of aluminium hydroride.The results are that,using ATP machine the powderis effective separated,regulating parameters such as speed of wind, quantity of wind,and speed of turning etcetera of machine three well-distributed products(such 0-15μm,0-5μm and 5-15μm,etc.)are attained from raw powder material, but the products content exceeds 99% and the smallest separation size is only 2μm.The production capacity of machinecan be attain 100kg/h and the classification efficiency of Newton exceeds 80%.
