直流电弧等离子体球化U3Si2粉体

U3Si2 Powder Sphericized by Direct Current Plasma

摘要:研制了直流电弧等离子体球化U3Si2 粉体装置。在Ar+He气氛下对粒度为10~150μm范围内不规则形状的U3Si2粉体进行了球化 ,球化率达 90 %。

Abstract:The equipment of sphericized U3Si2 powder by direct current arc plasma is fabricated.In Ar and He mixture plasma atmosphere,the spherical U3Si2 powder is produced from an irregular powder of 10~15μm.The result shows the conversion rate of theU3Sipowder can reach90%.
