摘要:由于攀钢高炉渣中含有20%以上的TiO2,使其利用受到很大 限制,为使高钛矿渣作为掺合材料应用于混凝土,需首先了解高钛矿渣的 粉磨特性。本文中研究了粉磨时间与高钛矿渣细度之间的关系,对比了 高钛矿渣与普通矿渣易磨性并分析了助磨剂对高钛矿渣粉磨的影响。结 果表明,高钛矿渣的易磨性较普通矿渣差,可使用助磨剂提高高钛矿渣 的粉磨效率。

Abstract:Due to TiO2 exceeding 20% contained in the blast furnace slag of PANGANG, its utilization is restricted. Before used in concrete as admixture, the grinding properties of high-titanium slag must be knowed at first. The relation of grinding time with fineness of high-titanium content slag is researched. The contrast on proterties of high-titanium content slag with general slag, and the effect of grinding aids on high-titanium content slag grinding are also studied. The results indicate that the grinding properties of high-titanium slag is worse than that of popular slag.It is proved that the grinding aids can enhance the grinding efficiency of high-titanium slag.
